- Develop and execute Commercial RTD strategy & plan with key stakeholders
- Manage 3rd Party Sales Force in the informal space
- Collaborate with field sales team nationally for RTD plans
- Facilitate information flow between teams to meet objectives
- Manage detailed CPA process from concept to deployment
- Track trade investments and implement learnings
- Support Commercial Expansion Director and Regions to achieve business goals
- Implement Field Sales strategy with resource allocation
- Manage 3rd Party Sales Force with measurable tools
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree or similar
- At least 6 years of experience in a commercial environment, 2 in management or 8 in sales
- Off-trade environment experience essential
- Driver’s License
