Job title : Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank Manager Main duties : Managing the Cooperative Bank at operational and strategic level Key performance Areas:•Manage Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank at an operational and strategic level.•Manage all the finances of Ziphakamise Co-operative Bank in line with acceptable accounting procedures.•Manage the IT system and all other equipment`s and systems.•Manage the Human Resources component of Ziphakamise CBI.•Help in the marketing of Ziphakamise CBI products.•Responsible for the management, development, and presentation of reports to the Board and its•Committees in line with the constitution.•Prepare annual financial statement.•Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures.•Ensure monthly and quartley reports to the board and Committee meeting.•Monitor and analyse financial statements to identify areas for improvement.•Ensure compliance with banking regulations from the PA and internal policies.
