- Highly proficient in Excel
- SAP experience essential
- Understanding/knowlegde of financial principles and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) fluent in English.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for the manufacturing division to develop accurate forecasts and financial plans.
- Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for total business overheads and conduct variance analysis.
- Monthly Headcount Reporting (FTEs).
- Consumption feedback, forecast and budgets regarding all raw materials.
- Continuous tracking and monitoring of the capital expenditure budget of the manufacturing unit.
- Preparation of manufacturing division dashboard and Profit & Loss report, with a focus on finished product value and variance analysis between actuals and forecast/budget.
- Prepare annual Cost of Production calculations for the manufacturing division.
- Maintain the costing of the Bill of Materials (BOMs) annually and as required throughout the year.
- Maintain data tables relating to purchasing info.
- Detailed understanding of the drivers of material price variances and implement measures to reduce/eliminate material price variances.
- Maintenance of the Price Set Tables (PST) and ASP tool for all relevant materials.
- Inventory Management.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including valuation (forex impact), reconciliation, and daily cycle counts.
- Creation of investment orders for capital expenditure.
- Other ad-hoc requirements as requested by management.
