Stores Supervisor

• Running the stores in absence of Stores Manager
• Branch queries
• Branch Transfers (all)
• Picking slips / WIP bins
• Issues to workshop
• Bellow assemblies
• Cycle counts/Stock takes
• 999’s for production items
• Stores Administration
• Filling in for any other stores personnel on leave or sick etc
• Consumption’s
• Packaging and dispatching
• Receiving and labelling
• Breakdowns start to finish stores
• Loading of Stock adjustments
• Control of consumables.
• Dispatching / route sheets

• Matric with Maths
• 3yrs working experience in stores preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication skills, multi-tasking, skills, excellent time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft teams
• Code 8 drivers licence required
• Be willing to work overtime and be on standby
