A busy Manager requires a well-experienced Personal Assistant who has previously worked as a Personal Assistant - minimum of 5 years of working experience in a PA role.Requirements:
  • Matric with relevant qualification
  • Excellent command of English language - both verbal and written
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Up to date with Social Media Trends - basic but able to update website, post on Instagram and Facebook
  • Professional who enjoys working in a creative dynamic environment
Duties:
  • Managing diaries / calendar and appointments
  • General administrative duties
  • Actively assist with all administration
  • Scheduling and arranging meetings and special events face to face, via Teams or Zoom
  • Formating and finishing off presentations
  • Formating of documents
  • Coordinating travel plans
  • Manage workflow and closures of projects
  • Presentation of reports and presentations
  • Be the right hand
