Have you recently graduated with a B.Comm/Business Science Degree? You have a keen interest in Sport and would like to work for a leading Clothing Retailer as a motivated young Retail Planner? This role is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as a Planner and Data Analyst, while working on some of South Africa's leading sporting, outdoor and athleisure brands.Responsibilities

Drive the demand planning and management processes for relevant product ranges.
Develop and execute product demand plans to meet organization profitability objectives.
Provide analytical data in support of seasonal product and range development.
Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.
Work with customers, sales team and supply chain management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans.
Implement analytical measures and tracking in various processes of the business.
Measure and report monthly, weekly and daily on key performance indicators.

RequirementsQualifications: Degree in either B. Com or Business Science.
Experience: 1 - 2 years Retail Planning experience at Head Office level.
Additional: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good organisational and communication skills. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Computer literacy is essential. • Experience in any ERP Planning software will be advantageous.
