Our passionate team is committed to excellence in animal care, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and compassionate staff.Job Description: As the Hospital Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your leadership will ensure smooth functioning and exceptional care delivery, maintaining our high standards of service. Here's what you'll be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team of support personnel and cleaning staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, growth, and morale.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Operational Oversight:
  • Manage all aspects of hospital operations in collaboration with the hospital nurse.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and industry standards.
  • Implement and streamline operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Client Relations and Customer Service:
  • Oversee client relations to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
  • Uphold quality standards in patient care, and treatment protocols.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and performance metrics to evaluate and improve hospital services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Animal Health or a Senior Certificate with Maths and Science as subjects.
  • Prior experience in veterinary practice management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
