- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR/administration roles.
- Previous experience with internal company Disciplinary Procedures.
- Proficient in Sage Pastel and VAT processing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Software.
- Fluent in English; multilingualism will be advantageous.
- Well-presented and well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to take accountability, be deadline-driven, and work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work daily.
