LANDSCAPING SUPERVISOR - EAST LONDON

• Oversee and manage all aspects of landscaping operations, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of landscaping staff
• Source and order materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and report any issues or concerns to the management team.
• Develop and implement landscaping plans and strategies to maintain and enhance the appearance of our properties
• Monitor and maintain the health and safety of all plants and trees on our properties
• Ensure that all landscaping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Coordinate with property managers and residents to address any landscaping concerns or requests
• Monitor and control expenses related to landscaping operations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in landscaping
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all landscaping work meets quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to landscaping

• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in landscaping
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of plants, trees, and other landscaping materials
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
