Human by nature.Replenishment Operator – Your Future Position? We are looking for a Replenishment Operator for our site in Tulisa Park, South Africa. As a Replenishment Operator you will perform basic assignments to handle and maintain flow of raw materials and finished products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines under minimal supervision. In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks: Stock movement from Warehouse to production and vice versaMoving of stock into the factory to enable Operators to start compoundingBlending of all overagesPrepare samples for other departments i.e FC&A and planningBlend all stocks in LSI into fixed binsReplenish fixed bins materials and stock verification on a daily basis.Pumping of alcohol and other materials into farm tanksKnowledge of using a scannerConduct 5s in your work stationEliminate hazards that can compromise Food safety( HACCP) and QualityComply with allergens management programsComply with Environmental health and safety rules and standardsReport incidents and close shavesPrepare returns from liquid and powders production plants to the warehouse using SAPTimeous liaison with all department to resolve discrepanciesValidate all master HU’s in LSI area and allocate to the correct bin locationsConduct stock verification and adjust all shortages with the help of a Team LeaderPick / Putaway materials in warehouse and productionSupport Team leader with inventory management and controlInvestigate PSTD materials and report to the Team LeaderAssist with inventory cycle counting both in warehouse and factoryInvestigate deviations and compile a report of findingsDemonstrate active participation in all workplace improvement activities ( LEAN )Ensure safe operation of forklift, drum handling equipment and pedestrian stacker You?Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
