Tour Consultant Team Leader

• Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the luxury inbound travel sector (required)
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with high-profile clients and agents
• Exceptional familiarity with luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East Africa
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Tourplan is a necessity
• Proven capability in coaching, motivating, training, and leading teams effectively
• Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving
• Strong attention to detail and organisational proficiency
• Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's licence and own transport
