A fast-growing Fintech company is looking for a dynamic Financial Manager – FP&A to join their team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong management accounting background.Education:

Finance Degree with articles – preferred
CIMA preferred

Skills/Experience required:

At least 3 – 5 years’ experience within a Financial Planning and Analysis role
Experience within a Fintech/Financial services company – advantageous.
Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI and Qliksense – advantageous.
Advanced Excel skills

Job Description:

Take lead on the annual budget process
Provide in-depth analysis of various aspects of the business, with the purpose of enhancing the financial performance, and addressing any possible business risk in a timely manner.
Monthly financial forecasts submitted within group deadlines.
KI forecasts, sales/churn forecasts.
Cost calculations and price planning.
Various reports to assist with decision making and performance improvement.
Successful implementation of KI products with regards to process flow, financial processes and systems that are scalable and efficient.
Setup SME cloud billing, processes and ensure easily scalable from finance function perspective.
