Mascor is currently looking for a Branch Manager in Salt Rock to build rapport with customers and the community, implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance and manage and motivate the employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:a. ManagementManage and control working capital for JD AG, Construction and Forestry divisionsExcert good leadership skills.Ensure branch compliance with policies and procedures.Ensure branch profits, return on assets and costs and margins meet budgetEnsure that required daily reports are sent through to Head office correctly and timeously.Action the monthly matrix report and send through to Head office.Assist with recruitmentEnsure that Performance Management are actioned for the branchOversee the general operations of the branch. b. SalesEnsure all year demo and marketing programmes are executed for JD AG, Construction and ForestryEnsure that coverage reports/Magnitude are completedMeet budgeted unit and sales targets including forestry budgetsSales coverage to be at 85% for John Deere AG, Construction and ForestryMarket share to be at 42% for below 70kW units and at 60%for above 70kW units or the overall growth must be at 10% year on year.Build a rapport with the community to attract business. c. Customer satisfactionAttending to customer enquiries timeouslyOverall CSI to be more than 85%After sales contact to be at 100%Liaising with woodland owners, timber merchants, contractors, customers and the general public d. Housekeeping and safetyEnsure that the Parts, Workshop and equipment departments are neat, tidy and includes marketing displays.Ensure that Parts are stored in accordance with required standardsCommunications to be done timeouslyEnsure compliance with all laws and regulations including OHS and franchise requirements. REQUIREMENTS:a. Qualifications:i. Min: Grade 12 with Diploma in Business Managementii. Ideal: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field b. Experience:i. 3-5 years’ proven experience in a similar roleii. Familiarity with the Agricultural/Construction and Forestry industry will be advantageous.c. Legal Requirements:i. Valid drivers license
