- Filing, organising, scanning, copying and emailing documents and correspondence.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading documents and correspondence.
- Minute taking in internal and external meetings.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers to get documents signed, legalized and/or notarized (if required) and submitted.
- Organising the team’s schedules e.g. diarising matters, making travel arrangements, setting up calls and meetings both internally within the organization and externally.
- Assisting with internal Aggreko enquiries over the phone, email and/or in person.
- Manage day to day administration for the legal team, including providing support for submitting invoices and following up internally on payments to external service providers, onboarding of external service providers etc.
- Assisting with research and preparing basic memorandums, letters and supporting documents in a consolidated format.
- Task tracking and reporting on updates on a regular basis, including for external service providers and consultants and company secretarial tasks.
- Minimum qualification required bachelor’s degree in legal management, Governance, Compliance or related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Professional Experience

- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- Good command of English language, spoken and written
- Good Communication skills must be able to complete reports legibly.
