A well established company based in Pretoria is seeking a Office Assistant / Receptionist.Duties:
  • Receptionist
  • Maintain enrollment paperwork
  • Customer services (Existing and New clients)
  • Welcoming new clients and providing clients with company profile and quotation as well as discussing the course with the client until our operations staff arrive
  • Processing of suppliers
  • Ordering of stationery
  • Ordering of monthly groceries for the hanger and the main terminal
  • Filing
  • Archiving
  • General office duties
  • Month end preparation
  • Will be overseeing weekend staff
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Office Administration
  • Tertiary qualification would be an advantage

Computer Literacy :
  • MS Office (Excel , Word)
