Accountant (Construction)

• Completed Articles
• Minimum 3 years post articles experience
• Accounting Qualification CA(SA), ACA
• Own transport and valid driver's license
• SA Citizen
• Experience in a construction environment is essential

• Highly analytical and able to understand the principles of fixed income capital markets
• Detail orientated
• Solution and goal orientated
• Deadline driven and flexible

• Processing of accounting information up to Trail Balance
• Construction Costing
• Reports; Budgets, Cash flow Statements, Management Reports
• Monthly Payroll preparation
• Monthly VAT preparation
• SARS ; Completion and Submission of EMP201 and VAT201
• SARS Provisional Tax preparations
• NCR submissions
• Buildsmart and Sage one experience will be beneficial
• Previous experience in construction industry will be beneficial
• Sectional Title Scheme and Management Act knowledge will be beneficial
• Proper management of budgets.
