Junior Foreign Exchange Client Relationship Associate - Stellenbosch

• Generate new business opportunities in the personal and commercial foreign exchange markets.
• Build and maintain networks for effective lead generation.
• Collaboratively work with senior staff to navigate more complex leads and clients.
• Cultivate and manage a growing portfolio of clients, contributing to the company's overall business growth.

• Develop and expand client relationships to enhance business growth.
• Work closely with experienced sales team members for mentorship and learning.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the client base.

• A degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Basic knowledge or experience in finance, preferably in Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Derivatives, or Treasury-related products.
• A genuine interest and passion for finance and financial markets.
• RE5 Certificate and 1-2 years of experience in the FX market (desirable but not mandatory).
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team environment.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
