Reports to Group Legal Counsel and Group Head of InvestmentsProvides integral legal support primarily to the clients investment partners on strategic business imperatives relating to acquisitions and disposals, fund structures and structuring of deals, capital raising, corporate governance, as well as reviewing and limited drafting of legal agreements as may be necessary from time to time. As and when necessary, the role will also assist Group Legal Counsel on group wide initiatives.Experience & Qualifications10 years' experience in a reputable law firm. In-house experience will be advantageous.
Proven Experience in funds management structures.
Exposure to mergers & acquisitions and general commercial transactions.
Working knowledge of conveyancing will be advantageous.
Experience in governance and compliance structures.Relevant legal qualification with a post-graduate in commerce/ legal /management or business.Competencies and Skills
