materials, fixings and fastenings and machine tools to ensure the smooth progression of projects through the
workshop. Responsible for management of all Operators and Field service TechniciansRESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and administrative staff
- Manage technicians work load, performance and work quality
- Perform maintenance on plant as required
- Stock management of critical spares
- Manage control and standard of workshop equipment and housekeeping
- Planning and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules
- Implement and maintain health and safety procedures & ISO quality requirements
- Initiate cost and manage critical improvement projects across all operational areas
- Manage repairs and maintenance budget
- Qualified Diesel Mechanic with 10 years experience on construction plant & equipment
- At least 5 years experience as workshop manager / management role
- Proficient in MS Office
