As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects and assisting in project planning and budgeting.In this role, you will be responsible for gathering project specifications, evaluating costs for materials and labor, and preparing detailed estimates. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.If you have a strong background in the construction industry, excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail, we would love to hear from you. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
Proficiency in estimating software and tools
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
