The successful candidate will have experience in:Construction, preferably both commercial and residentialReading and interpreting architectural and engineering plansStrong communication skills with with stakeholders, supervisors, and construction managersAbility to accurately Documenting material types, prices, and variationsAble to prepare reports on costings, budgets, and comparative analysisUnderstanding what’s required from architectural and engineering drawings to produce material lists.Understanding engineering details, technical drawings and terminologyProven experience in completing Quantities and Estimating tasksStructural steel estimating abilityProduct knowledge of materials throughout the building industry.Labour components required in a building project.Able to produce cutting lists or bill of quantitiesJob Type: Full-timePay: R30 000,00 - R40 000,00 per monthEducation:Bachelors (Preferred)Experience:Estimating: 5 years (Required)Language:English (Required)
