Graphic Designer / Art Director

• Owning the brand look and feel of the business
• Updating all brand colleterial on a continuous basis
• Ensure all public-facing and internal design-led communications adhere to brand standards and are consistent across all channels
• Creating design and / or video content for all marketing campaigns
• Responsible for managing and administering the brand asset library, such as the photography library and adhering to brand guidelines across all projects
• Work in partnership with the wider marketing team to conceptualise campaign idea, ensure consistency and support on ad hoc projects as required
• Actively research, explore and conceptualise online opportunities/ trends/innovations/ campaign ideas, and pitch concepts, ideas and innovations

• 3+ years of design experience, in an Agency or Digital Marketing department
• Proven experience working within set brand guidelines to develop tactical or strategic campaigns or materials with a high visual impact
• Competence in design and image processing software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design skills that deliver engaging content across a range of platforms
• Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Lightroom)
