Job DescriptionMSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.As a Call Handler (Virtual Personal Assistant) you will be responsible for answering a high volume of calls on behalf of many different companies, taking messages and forwarding them with urgency and efficiency. What should underpin everything we do is the quality of messages we send to our clients and the experience we provide to each caller.Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information.
Assist customers in resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and messages.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve service.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to appropriate departments.

Requirements

Previous call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
