JOB TITLE:

SAGE Platform Support Co-Ordinator

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Platform Support Co-Ordinator role is expected to develop best practices, refine operational procedures and constantly innovate proactively.Continuously identify areas of efficiency and automation within the existing frameworks, tools and processes.The role will be responsible for identifying and scoping development requirement and liaising with 3rd party developers as well as managing the overall development process.The role oversees all the technical aspects of the existing Group Business Platforms and provides technical support to end users.The Group Business Platform that this role will be responsible for is SAGE X3 and SAGE 300People.

DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPA’s):

Support to end users of Group Business Platforms
Creation and maintenance of process and training material used in Systems Department
Group Business Platform configuration
Product Development
Technical support
System Management
Reporting services on responsible group platforms

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (advantageous)Experience with monitoring systems a mustExperience in Project ManagementExperience in Financial Processes a mustExperience in SQL advantages

WORK EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
