- Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports that translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
- Analytical Strategy Development: Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to enhance client reporting, performance measurement, and conduct detailed analysis work as required.
- Innovative Solutions: Spot potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedures.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a data-focused role within a data-driven agency or similar environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. A Master's degree in a related field is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data integration & analysis tools (e.g., Funnel.io, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
