Chargehand / Working Foreman – Welding

• Minimum 3-5 years of welding experience with carbon and stainless steel.
• Valid Welder Trade Certificate
• Grade 10
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in harsh conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience working in petrochemical plants.
• Familiarity with Petro-Chemical Plant Specific Permit Procedures.
• Knowledge of Task Risk Assessments (TRA).
• Previous 3-5 experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a welding environment.
• Valid Medical Fitness certificate or will be able to obtain a medical certificate
• Must have Police Clearance not older than 3 months.
