We're seeking a talented and motivated Technical Pre-Sales Integration Specialist to join our growing team.ÂOverview:The Technical Pre-Sales Integration Specialist is a pivotal role that merges technical expertise with sales proficiency to drive successful integration solutions for potential clients. This position demands an in-depth comprehension of SaaS (Software as a Service) integration principles and technologies, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate these technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. The individual in this role collaborates closely with the sales team to discern client needs, design customized integration solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's integration offerings.ÂWhat you’ll do:Technical expertise
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of SaaS integration principles, APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
  • Remain updated with industry trends and best practices in integration architecture and design.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and external clients.
Pre-sales support
  • Partner with the sales team to grasp client requirements and identify integration opportunities.
  • Engage in pre-sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to highlight the company's integration capabilities.
  • Translate client needs into technical solutions, encompassing architecture design, data mapping, and workflow integration.
Solution design:
  • Devise comprehensive integration solutions tailored to address the unique needs of potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with management and development teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities.
  • Generate technical documentation, diagrams, and proposals to articulate solution designs to clients.
Client engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on integration strategies and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on integration methodologies and solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
Cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including sales, product management, development, and customer success to drive successful client engagements.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless handover of integration projects from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
Your expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or integration consulting roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in development languages such as Python, Typescript, Java, C#, C++, with the ability to write scripts and customize integrations.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, RESTful services, and data integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AWS with a minimum certification of Cloud Practitioner.
  • Experience with various marketplaces such as Microsoft, and Salesforce are a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
