Responsibilities:Set up and prepare painting areas, including laying drop sheets and taping off non-paint areasApply paint, varnish, and other finishes using various toolsMix paints and solutions to match specified colors and texturesKeep paint supplies and work areas clean and organizedFollow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate safety gearAssist with loading, unloading, and transporting materialsConduct basic repairs like patching walls and sandingWork collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality project completionRequirements:Matric beneficial but not mandatoryExperience in a similar role preferredCapable of working at heights and in confined spacesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsGood physical health and staminaSkills:Basic skills in paint mixing and surface preparationEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesProblem-solving skills and adaptability to different work conditionsReliability and punctuality
