- Investigate and report on the facts of incidents giving rise to insurance claims

- Appointing and managing the appointment of other parties (such as engineers, accountants and forensic experts)
- Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients
- Quantifying the nature and extent of damage and policy response
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the branch

- Good negotiation skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in the adjustment of large and technically challenging commercial property claims.
- A relevant qualification in the insurance, adjusting field
- An inquisitive mind with a problem-solving mentality and eye for detail.
- A team orientated approach and aptitude to coach and mentor junior loss adjusters
- The ability to understand complex circumstances and then be able to report them in a clear and concise way
- Sound computer, written and numerical skills
