2 years call center experience advantageous.Strong training background.Proven experience as a Trainer, Teacher or similar.Able to compile training material, apply it and conduct training relevant to the success of a call center environment.Understand full training cycle (assessing needs, planning, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).Arrange course deliveries and the facilitation of these courses.
