Contributing towards our continual expansion as a business and a key role player within the marketing team with a comprehensive all-round copywriting skill set, who will be maintaining and enhancing our current and future brand voice.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers (Distributors, EPC’s, Engineering consultants, Installers, and Consumers) on installations and create case studies on the solutions.
- Constant communication with the internal engineering team to ensure technical accuracy.
- Write and edit copy to support content, marketing, and organisational initiatives.
- Ensure outgoing communications align with the brand voice and are delivered on time with clear, concise language.
- Drive the content writing process for the website and develop high-level strategic messaging for major projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce and review content for various communication channels such as email, social media, blog, lead generation, brand awareness, PPC, branch marketing, SEO and PR.
- Work in an agile environment, effectively communicate with teams, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Conceptualise, write, and edit campaigns for digital, print, video, emails, social channels, and website copy.
- Conduct research on products and services across different business lines to ensure accurate copywriting for assigned projects.
- Gather feedback from internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to refine and improve the copy.
- Maintain and enhance the content writing style guide and brand voice guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the content marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with the PR agency and oversee media guidelines on a day-to-day basis.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to grasp technical information.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team, Sales, and Creative departments to create compelling copy for all campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, English, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in Technical Writing (writing engineering and highly technical content)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or writing roles.
- Advanced writing and editing skills with a strong focus on detail.
- Experience writing for various online and offline marketing channels.
- Strong B2B and B2C experience or experience working in an agency or large brand name marketing department.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategy development.
- Experience coordinating with PR agencies and managing media guidelines.
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
