- Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Manage the recruitment process, identifying the company’s hiring needs.
- Conduct monthly payroll reviews, statistics, and reports.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and update as needed.
- Develop and evaluate onboarding plans for new hires.
- Assist in the development and management of HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Respond to employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
