Our client is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to be a vital contributor to their HR department. In this role, you'll be pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies, policies, and objectives. Your responsibilities will range from managing HR procedures to overseeing recruitment processes, conducting payroll reviews, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Responsibilities:Policy Development:

Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies and procedures.

Benefits Administration:

Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

Recruitment Oversight:

Manage the recruitment process, identifying the company’s hiring needs.

Payroll Management:

Conduct monthly payroll reviews, statistics, and reports.

Employee Information Management:

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and update as needed.

Onboarding:

Develop and evaluate onboarding plans for new hires.

HR Program Development:

Assist in the development and management of HR programs.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

Employee Support:

Respond to employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving and team management abilities.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
