LINE SUPERVISOR: VALUE ADD PACKING PLANT

• Equipment functions and is operated within efficiency parameters (85% OEE)
• Instruments and gauges are aligned with specified measurements
• Availability and consistent supply of raw and packaging materials
• Product meets food safety and quality standards
• Compliance of self and line personnel to environment, health and safety regulations
• Team members are trained, capacitated and disciplined

• Grade 12/N3, Senior Certificate (NQF 4/10)

• 2 years machine operator experience
• Previous experience in operating packaging equipment within an FMCG environment is advantageous

• Production process flow (from input to output)
• Procedures: Quality, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Maintenance, Disciplinary Code and Policy Procedure

• Computer literate
• Basic numerical skills
