- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure the prompt availability of quality products for businesses that are safe and effective, suitable for mass production, in line with the brand/category innovation strategy. Ensure launch commitments are met with regard to lead times and costs.
- Ensure the quality, safety and performance of products; provide, validate and enhance information used for product pitches Anticipate product/brand requirements, factoring in technological innovation, consumer perception and market demand
- Suggest cross-disciplinary innovation strategies within the business line; monitor and maintain the catalogue of running formulas
- Provide monitoring in your field of expertise and develop your internal and/or external network
- Sell businesses innovative technologies to market groundbreaking products, meet specific demand and build technical territory for brands
- Manage lab operations by optimising resources, defining and respecting launch conditions, coordinating activities with support departments in France and abroad, issuing updates on any risks and ensuring product availability in line with commitments
- Ensure the safety of people/assets and compliance with quality procedures
- Recruit, develop and manage teams; ensure the development of know-how and expertise and contribute to organisational development
- Transforms scientific/technical knowledge into inventions and innovations.
