• Tertiary Degree essential
• Minimum 5 years' experience within an Asset Management company essential, dealing specifically with Asset Administration of local and offshore Portfolios
• Previous experience in the Asset running of the day to day administration of local and offshore portfolios
• Must be able and willing to work extended hours when required
• Systematic approach and numeric understanding required

• Asset running of the day to day administration of local and offshore portfolios
• Report to Line Manager, Fund Accounting/Asset Pricing Team and Business Support Analyst
• Ensure accurate and efficient pricing and review of inhouse administered portfolios
• Management of the Pricing Department - demonstrate technical and management leadership on the subject of fund accounting
• Management of all deadlines and deliverables in the end to end process from Trade cycle, corporate events, price scrubbing and other inputs to the dissemination of the finalised NAV
• Minimising errors through implementing extra controls and optimising processes
• Manage, motivate and mentor fund accounting team
• Identify training and development needs
• Participate and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Develop strong and trusted relationships with all stakeholders
• Remain up to date with industry and regulatory changes
• Manage issues and risk to resolution for all escalated matters
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to investigate queries
• Oversee and review reporting and key controls - review and sign off fund distributions and underlying FOF distributions monthly, corporate event checks weekly, and reporting quarterly
