Job SummaryA great mining company in Steelpoort, Limpopo is seeking the expertise of a Mine Overseer to join their team of professionals.Responsibilities

Planning, preparing, and breaking predetermined blocks Of ground, efficiently and safely
Delivering quality ore
Review and introduce mining best practices to enhance performance efficiencies over the long term
Negotiate with the logistics department in both stoping and development areas to contribute to the effective performance of the operational area
Safe and healthy mining practices
Mining production
Section panel layouts
Mining planning (Short to medium term)

Requirements

Grade 12
Mine Overseer Certificate
Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering
8 - 10 years' experience in a underground trackless mining environment
Minimum 3 years at Mine Overseer level

Benefits

Salary: R1.4M/yr - R1.6M/yr, negotiable.
