- Able to independently design and write project plans and project proposals, and have the ability to explain plans and presentations to users.
- Ability to independently write presentations.
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our product.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Must be able to draft proposals for C & I projects.
- National Diploma: Electrical Engineering, Sales, Business Management, Finance or Related Fields
- Willingness to travel
- A valid Driver's License
- At least 3+ Years Working Experience within the solar industry in Sales.
- Must have PPA (Power Proposal Agreements) experience.
- Must have a financial background.
- Must have 3-5 Years' experience in Distribution
- Must have 3-5 Years' experience in EPC projects
- The candidate will need to have proof of 7 projects that have already been implemented and commissioned (less than 1MW).
