- Implement and uphold quality and safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage shop floor teams following operational guidelines.
- Oversee inventory management and adherence to inventory basics.
- Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to delivery guidelines.
- Maintain a stable supply chain for customers.
- Champion 5S principles across all logistical areas.
- Run Pull Systems efficiently.
- Identify and implement productivity improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Manage material handling equipment and company vehicles.
- Supervise logistics personnel, set objectives, and provide necessary resources.
- Drive recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Ensure accurate plant inventory with corrective actions as needed.
- Relevant M+3 qualification
- 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Knowledge of Pull flow and logistics systems
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Results-oriented and a committed team-player
- Ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams
- Willingness to provide support outside regular hours as required
