WHAT IS YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a Full-Time Career Outcomes Associate to be part of our rapidly growing Career Outcomes Team. We are looking for a well-organized, detail oriented, and data driven professional that comes with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and adapt to change quickly. Our Career Outcomes Associate will support our Career Readiness team and Career Coach team by providing meaningful outreach to active and completed students and help shape the student expectations and understanding of career support.WHY DO WE WANT YOUWe are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate in helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose.   • Contact active learners via phone, SMS, and our LMS system to encourage Career Outcomes participation and road to packaging.
  • Help reinforce expectations for students around career support through 1:1 correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for Career Readiness and Career Coaches and students in our LMS and CRM systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance of student conversations and sessions.
  • Maintain feedback loops between teams.

Requirements:YOU HAVE…
  • A background in higher education, student advising, or process management.
  • Ability to build rapid rapport and trust with students across diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are passionate or interested in learning about the tech landscape.
  • You have experience working in a remote environment and/or a fast paced environment.
  • You thrive in an agile and collaborative environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. Always up-to-date in documentation and record creation.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience working with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and any sales/operation CRM and other collaboration tools is preferred.
