- Collaborating with third-line support teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Coordinating reactive maintenance with service partners and overseeing their on-site activities.
- Managing tickets diligently, ensuring all notes are up-to-date and accurately documented.
- Fluency in Dutch (Essential)
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably within an engineering environment.
- A keen interest in technology and a knack for learning quickly.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with ticketing software such as Zendesk, and monitoring platforms like Grafana or Zabbix.
