DocFox is looking for an exceptional candidate to join our US onboarding team. The role will offer the successful candidate the unique opportunity to join a dynamic and scaling SA-founded fintech company with ambitions of leaving a mark in a highly competitive market. You will be joining a team that is hands-on in building and implementing a customised solution to our newest US based clients, which range from the fastest growing fintech and challenger banks to well-established community banks and credit unions.DocFox is a highly configurable solution for banks, fintechs, and other financial services providers. This flexibility provides significant value to our clients since they are able to closely map DocFox to optimise their current processes. Our most successful implementations of DocFox have included a combination of: 1) Us carefully understanding how their business works and configuring DocFox to automate their manual process and 2) playing a consultative role to help guide them in best practice to improve their process. The onboarding team is a central function within the company, as such you will work alongside the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to understand the clients' needs. Your role as a project manager will be to co-ordinate and manage the successful implementation of the DocFox solution and related integrations for US banks, credit unions and fintechs. The role will allow you to be integrally involved in the end-to-end implementation of DocFox with our newest clients. You will work closely with the DocFox configurations specialists, Integrations, Product, Sales and Operations teams. You will be central to the conversations with banks looking to push the boundaries of innovation when onboarding their clients. In some institutions, you will help transform decades old processes into industry-leading solutions, changing the way their customers access their products and services. On the other hand, many institutions will already be some of the world's leading innovators and you'll have the opportunity to help them problem-solve and create new ways for clients to engage with financial institutions.Key Responsibilities:

Becoming an expert in the DocFox product solution
Develop and manage a detailed project timeline taking into account inputs and dependencies from various stakeholders
Working cross functionally within the organization and managing internal resources to ensure the on-time delivery of the overall project per the project timeline.
Representing DocFox and leading client-facing meetings
Provide project updates on a regular basis to various stakeholders about progress, risks to the project and necessary adjustments
Managing several projects simultaneously by exercising judgement to prioritize competing priorities

Key Requirements:

Working hours 11am - 8pm SA
2+ years of experience as a project manager
Familiarity with B2B SaaS systems
High-level communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way
Attention to detail
High level organisation skills
Deadline driven and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a low data environment

Nice to Haves:

Previous work experience in tech for financial institutions
Have an understanding of banking processes
