Job SummaryPosition: Key Account ManagerOur client, based in the United Kingdom, is looking for a talented and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join their team. They are looking for a South African to join their team fulltime. This position is fully remote.About the company: Specializing in lead generation, brand awareness, and LinkedIn Profile Management, we cater to diverse sectors such as fintech, software, health, and media agencies.The RoleYou will be fully responsible for a portfolio of around 17+ clients, focusing on:

Retention
Upselling
Suggested product / service improvements
Sharing best practice and experience cross departments

Key Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of new and existing clients
Building strong client relationships and ensuring our clients achieve success
Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points
Ensure we deliver against our clients' needs and business objectives

Requirements

Experience of building trust and developing B2B client relationships
Superb communication, interpersonal and team working skills with confidence to communicate at C-Level.
Excellent influencing and relationship building skills
Creative problem solver who insightfully anticipates customer needs and proactively addresses them.
Self-starter attitude with ability to work well independently and self-manage workload effectively
