We operate along 4 main pillars:

Performance Marketing: driving actual business results for our customers (such as online sales or leads) thanks to data-driven strategies articulated around data, media and creatives.
Mobile Growth: acquiring new users and retaining them on mobile apps. This one is a big bet for us as the Mobile opportunity is huge in Africa (450M smartphone users), yet there’s almost no local expertise in this field.
Creative Studio: relevant creatives and messaging are paramount in any campaign performance. We design specific data-driven creatives for each marketing channel and adopt a systematic A/B testing approach.
Tracking & Analytics: we enable our customers to collect, visualise and activate their 1st party data across multiple platforms and channels to make better business decisions, faster.

Requirements🎨 Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly-motivated Social Media & Content manager with an ambition to learn from others and develop deep expertise into our field of operation. In this role, you will be the voice and face of Welcome Tomorrow, responsible for shooting image & video content, managing our social media accounts, writing for our blog and newsletters. Your core missions with include:

Develop WT’s brand awareness within online communities (blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Collaborate closely with our creative team to illustrate your ideas and writing in a powerful way
Taking part in the development of our brand & content strategy
Strengthen the cohesion of our community on social networks (animation and moderation)
Evaluate and follow up the impact of your marketing actions for our brand
Research and write blog articles demonstrating our online marketing thought leadership
Navigate our organisation to learn from experts, craft stories about what we do and showcase our expertise
Participate in tech events and customer trainings to grow your skills and represent Welcome Tomorrow

🖋 QualificationsYou have:

A bachelor or masters degree in communication, PR or digital marketing
A playful and flexible writing style, a sharp sense of humour, and a passion for the craft
A natural ability to talk in front of a camera, interacting with others and explaining concepts to a community
An excellent understanding of social media codes and winning strategies
Attention to detail, strategic and conceptual thinking, creativity, and storytelling instinct
The ability to work fairly independently on multiple projects with deadlines
An excellent verbal and written English

You have experience working with

(ideally, you are Notion Essentials Certified) * You have past experience building and growing a community on TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn

You have experience working in startups or high-paced environment
You are passionate by digital marketing and have already explored this area in your studies/work
You have experience creating original content (articles, videos, stories…)
