Collection Point Attendant

• Parcel Dispensing:
• Receive parcels from the distribution center and verify their accuracy against the corresponding order information.
• Safely store parcels in designated storage areas, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Retrieve parcels as per customer requests and verify customer identity before dispensing parcels.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with collecting their parcels in a timely and courteous manner.
• Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their parcels or the collection process.
• Provide accurate information about collection procedures, parcel availability, and any relevant company policies.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain detailed records of parcel transactions, including parcel collection and return activities.
• Generate receipts or documentation for customers as proof of parcel collection.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as conducting stock counts and replenishing packaging supplies.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct visual inspections of parcels to ensure they are in good condition and free from damage.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with parcels to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Adhere to company quality standards and procedures to uphold the integrity of the parcel collection process.
• Safety and Security:
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries while handling parcels.
• Maintain a secure environment at the collection point to safeguard parcels and protect against theft or unauthorized access.
• Promptly report any safety hazards or security concerns to management for appropriate action.

• High school Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail roles is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parcels.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record keeping.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards customer service.

• R5 000 – R 7 000 per month.
