- Minimum 5 Years experience in SME / Enterprise sales account management / business management
- Direct engagement with potential new reseller base to grow the DPP nominated reseller base
- End-to-end management of the reseller onboarding process
- Manage all administrative queries related to the program
- Deliver ongoing strategic guidance and analysis to help the resellers achieve set objectives
- Acquire market intelligence through customer development
- Prepare quarterly/ annual business plans to exceed business targets Implementation of agreed plans to develop business growth in all areas.

- To sell all products that iStore Business procures.
- To Maintain existing client base and increase sales within that base.
- To hunt for additional and incremental business.
- To maintain a positive GP and provide a professional excellent level of service to our customer base.
- Matric
- Technical ability and knowledge of networking / OS / device management (Practical knowledge is more important than theoretical qualifications)
- Experience with various operating systems, Apple OS an advantage.
- Experience with solutions sales and telco sales is an advantage
- Experience selling at C suite level with excellent CxO relationships
- Excellent commercial understanding on deals and ability to navigate fluid financial models.
- Hunting for new business, identifying new opportunities and monitoring trends
- Grow revenue
- Managing existing customers
- Ensuring correct invoicing takes place
- Following up on entire sales cycle: Order, Invoice, Delivery
