We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Energy Storage System Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing battery energy storage systems for a wide range of applications, including renewable energy integration, grid stabilization, and peak shaving.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop battery energy storage systems to meet project requirements and specifications
- Perform technical and economic feasibility studies for battery energy storage projects
- Conduct system modeling and analysis to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate battery energy storage systems into overall project designs
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during system installation and commissioning
- Stay current on industry trends and developments related to battery energy storage technologiesResponsible for the coordination and organisation of all work for BESS bidderMust have the experince for BEES plant- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing battery energy storage systems
- Proficiency in battery energy storage system modeling software (e.g., HOMER, DNV GL SYM-PLE)
- Strong understanding of battery energy storage technologies, including lithium-ion, flow batteries, and lead-acid batteries
- Experience with grid integration and control strategies for battery energy storage systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional engineering license (preferred)
