We are looking for a Qualified Air Conditioning Technician for a 6 month construction project. As part of our team, you will contribute to crafting the unique aesthetic and structural elements of this upscale hospitality space. Must possess knowledge and necessary QualificationsDuties and Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning condenser coils, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts.Conduct inspections to assess the condition and performance of air conditioning units.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical malfunctions, or mechanical failures.Repair or replace faulty components and parts, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans.Install, assemble, and test new air conditioning systems according to specifications and guidelines.Conduct performance and efficiency tests on air conditioning systems to ensure optimal functionality.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair options, and suggesting preventative maintenance measures.Send full CV to info@kasmec.com
