HSE Site Manager - Tygervalley, CPTFull job descriptionPaysAfrique du SudLieuSouth AfricaLieu de travailCAPE TOWN-TYGER VALLEY CHAMBERS 2(ZAF)DomaineHyg Séc Sureté Sociét Env QualType de contratCDIExpérienceMinimum 6 ansProfil du candidatIdeally, as an HSE Site Manager, you would possess the following:Previous experience in Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Programme (REIPPPP) Project Bidding, Award to Financial Close, Construction and Operations.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or formal training in HSE field.Registered with the SACPCMP5 to 10 years of experience in Managing health, safety and environment for projectsExperience of PV and BESS projects preferredKnowledge of Main Transmission substationsExperience in implementation, maintaining and auditing of the OSHA45001 and ISO14001 Management SystemFamiliarity of Industry Standards and relevant industry HSE regulations and requirements.Familiarity with behavioural based safety systems, risk analysis / job safe analysis methods, emergency response and crisis management procedures.Knowledge of HV regulationsExcellent skills in problem solving, team building, ingenuity and initiative are required to coordinate proble resolution and to execute schedule requirements within a team environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent leadership and team building skills, and being able to influence decision makersDrivers licenseActivitésThe main purpose of this position is to be responsible for maintaining, developing, leading and supporting a strong environmental, health and safety culture within the project.Establish and ensure the implementation of project HSE action plansLeads all the HSE aspects of the projectsDevelop and implement a safety program for each site to capture specific riskDevelop a contractor training program specific for site, in compliance with the Owners’ HSE policies.Develop and propose strategies improving HSE management for the ProjectSet up an effective Accident Prevention Plan and a contingency plan.Lead regular inspections and audits on construction siteEstablish HSE Reporting for the ProjectResponsible for LOTOProvide for HSE Training to the Sponsors team membersDemonstrate HSE & Security Regulatory ComplianceContexte et environnementTotalEnergies gross low-carbon power generation capacity worldwide is currently close to 10 gigawatts.
