GENERAL MANAGER – FARMING

• Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale farming operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of farm management, and agricultural best practices.
• Previous banana & macadamia farming experience
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional leadership and management experience, with good interpersonal communication skills
• Strong administrative and record keeping skills
• Computer literate
• Valid drivers license
