- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
- Providing training and education to workers on HSE practices and regulations
- Monitoring and evaluating HSE performance and making recommendations for improvements
- Investigating incidents and accidents and preparing detailed reports
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management and a thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry
- Proven track record of implementing HSE programs and achieving compliance
- Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional certification in HSE is preferred
- Salary: salary negotiable
