RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading construction company in search of a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join their team. As the HSE Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental initiatives on construction sites and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.Responsibilities

Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures
Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential hazards
Providing training and education to workers on HSE practices and regulations
Monitoring and evaluating HSE performance and making recommendations for improvements
Investigating incidents and accidents and preparing detailed reports
Liaising with regulatory authorities and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction safety management and a thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry
Proven track record of implementing HSE programs and achieving compliance
Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Professional certification in HSE is preferred
